Commerce seeks a seasoned Marketplace Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and enterprise client success on the Commerce platform. You will coach a high‑performing team, ensure timely launches, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to address complex onboarding challenges.

Drive process improvements, capacity planning, and client relationships while maintaining SLAs. Background in eCommerce integrations and data feeds is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in marketplace implementation, marketplace feed management, eCommerce operations, account management, or related.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership or demonstrated coaching experience.
• Experience with enterprise client onboarding, implementations, and escalations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop Marketplace Implementation Managers to ensure enterprise client success.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and implementation, ensuring launches on time and within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to resolve complex onboarding issues and improve processes.
• Manage team capacity, track performance metrics, and ensure consistent training and readiness.
