Job summary

Commerce seeks a Manager of Marketplace Implementation to lead the onboarding and launch of enterprise clients across major eCommerce marketplaces. You will coach managers, optimize processes, and ensure timely, high-quality onboarding, balancing client needs with team capacity.

The role requires strong leadership, deep marketplace expertise, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to scale operations and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace implementation and ecommerce operations.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership or team leadership experience.
• Experience onboarding enterprise clients, managing escalations, and meeting SLAs.
• Hands-on experience with major U.S. marketplaces and marketplace data feeds.
• Strong understanding of product data feeds and marketplace integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Marketplace Implementation Managers to achieve client success.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients within timelines and SLAs.
• Manage team capacity, assignments, and risk related to onboarding workloads.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client onboarding and platform issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve onboarding and cross-team alignment.
• Develop and improve onboarding processes, documentation, and SOPs.
• Provide onboarding training for new marketplace integrations and platform capabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Feedonomics, FeedAMP, and marketplace requirements.
