Commerce, a leader in AI-driven commerce solutions, seeks a Marketplace Implementation Manager Lead in Austin, TX to supervise onboarding for enterprise clients and drive successful launches within SLAs.

You will coach a team, optimize onboarding processes, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to address risks and improve scalability. 5+ years in marketplace implementation and 3+ years of leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketplace implementation or related field.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership or team leadership.
• Experience managing enterprise client onboarding, implementations, and escalations.
• Hands-on experience with major U.S. eCommerce marketplaces and their onboarding, catalog, product feed, and integration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Marketplace Implementation Managers to drive client success.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and implementation, ensuring on-time launches and SLA compliance.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and risks; prioritize assignments and escalate where needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve processes and outcomes.
