Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 5 years’ experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandise, or a related area.
• Or 7 years’ experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to develop and grow the marketplace business, aligning with organizational priorities and market trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build strong partnerships and foster effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Utilize data analytics and financial insights to inform decision-making and drive business performance improvements.
• Oversee seller lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance reviews, and issue resolution to optimize marketplace operations.
• Drive innovation by identifying new business models and incorporating emerging products to enhance assortment and customer value.
• Coach and influence teams and partners to adopt best practices in negotiation, communication and business process improvements.
