Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Masters: Business Administration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy development and execution for a complex merchandising portfolio.
• Manage profit and loss responsibilities, including pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions.
• Oversee supplier negotiations to drive favorable terms and profitability.
• Direct team management, including performance development and prioritization.
• Use data analysis and digital tools to inform assortment and channel strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support supply chain, marketing, and merchandising operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote accountability.
