Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a Senior Manager for Amazon & Marketplaces to own day-to-day marketplace execution, with a focus on Amazon and expansion to Faire and other platforms, driving GMV, margin, and brand health.

You will partner with Paid Media, Marketing, Ops, Merchandising, Finance, CX, Data & Insights, and Performance‑Led Creative to scale marketplaces efficiently, strengthen Comfrt's brand on each platform, and generate halo effects into DTC and other channels.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in ecommerce/retail ops with Amazon multi-SKU experience (3+ years managing Amazon).
• Experience in fast-moving multi-SKU environment with launches and inventory decisions.
• Hands-on fluency in 1P/3P strategy, FBA/FBM/AWD, catalog and compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of GMV, margin, TACoS, inventory turns.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketplace GMV, margin, and profitability against plan; report results to Senior Director and Finance.
• Support development of annual operating plans, forecasts, and inventory strategy.
• Manage Amazon channel execution (1P/3P, FBA/FBM/AWD) and pricing architecture.
• Support launch of new marketplaces (starting with Faire) with market analysis and go/no-go inputs.
• Translate marketplace goals into channel plans connected to DTC, brand, and enterprise targets.
