Comfrt—a fast-growing DTC brand—seeks a Senior Manager, Amazon & Marketplaces to guide day-to-day marketplace execution and expand to Faire and other platforms. This role will turn portfolio strategy into concrete plans, with ownership of GMV, margin, and brand health.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Ops, Finance, and Data to scale Comfrt’s marketplaces while building halo effects into DTC and other channels. Strong Amazon and fast-moving retail experience are prized.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in ecommerce, marketplace, or retail ops with multi-SKU exposure.
• Experience managing Amazon for a multi-SKU brand and P&L awareness.
• Ability to translate data into actionable plans and drive growth.

Responsabilités

• Oversee marketplace GMV, margin, and profitability against plan; report to Senior Director and Finance.
• Lead annual operating plans, forecasts, and inventory strategy aligned to targets.
• Manage Amazon channel execution (1P/3P, FBA/FBM/AWD) and pricing architecture.
• Support new marketplaces (Faire) with market analyses and go/no-go inputs.
• Drive tentpole event participation decisions and cross-functional alignment.
• Translate portfolio goals into channel plans connected to DTC and enterprise targets.
• Monitor inventory planning, replenishment, and platform metrics; action optimization.
• Lead marketplace team and manage agencies/partners as needed.
