Job summary

Cesna Recruitment seeks a Marketplace & Dropship Operations Manager to drive revenue and excellence across department store marketplace accounts and dropship partners.

You will oversee assortment, product onboarding, inventory coordination, advertising with agency support, performance analysis, and account compliance for Nordstrom/Nordstrom Direct, Target+, Amazon, Macy’s/Bloomingdale’s, Anthropologie, QVC, and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce marketplace or dropship operations (fashion or consumer goods preferred).
• Hands-on with Mirakl, Amazon Seller Central, or Target+ Vendor Portal.
• Strong understanding of PDP optimization, marketplace SEO, and retail media.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive revenue growth across marketplace accounts.

Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and maintain PDP content across marketplaces.
• Manage Amazon activities with external agency, monitor performance, and reviews.
• Identify paid media opportunities via Mirakl-based programs and retail media.
• Monitor visibility, rankings, and promotion eligibility; drive conversions.
• Coordinate marketplace launch pipelines and assortments with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee dropship onboarding, data submission, and compliance.
• Forecast availability across platforms and work with ops/sales on stock.
• Build dashboards: revenue by channel, sell-through, advertising efficiency.
