MEISON is seeking a Marketplace Account Manager to lead the growth and execution of MEISON's Marketplace and Dropship business across major luxury channels, including Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Macy's, Saks 5th Avenue, and Neiman Marcus. This role owns day-to-day retailer operations, listing optimization, sales performance monitoring, and inventory execution.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in e-commerce or digital marketplace account management.
• Experience with major department store e-commerce accounts.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making.

• Own day-to-day operations and performance of marketplace and dropship accounts.
• Lead channel strategies, promotions, and ROI analysis with internal teams.
• Coordinate inventory, pricing, and content to meet retailer SLAs.
• Monitor sell-through, margins, and performance metrics across channels.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT.
