About the Role

The Marketing Transformation program is a key enterprise priority for PayPal. This role involves managing project execution within budget, schedule, and scope, while minimizing risk and adhering to established processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

1. Creating detailed project plans and schedules
2. Managing the RAID log, tracking progress, driving execution, and providing status updates
3. Managing escalations and resolving roadblocks
4. Hosting and coordinating meetings with MarTech, Adobe, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure project progress

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Platform preferred
• Experience collaborating with business and technical teams
• Experience developing detailed project plans and timelines
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Marketing Technology experience (Salesforce/Adobe) of 2+ years
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in project management
• Stakeholder management experience, including communication planning and structure
• Risk and issue management experience, managing offshore/off-site teams
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal, with the ability to craft clear stories and adapt to the audience
• Ability to maintain control under stressful situations

Pay range: $72.38/hour - $96.50/hour
