Job description

Reveal is a dynamic startup revolutionizing field operations by providing software tools and insights to individuals in remote, disconnected, and extreme environments. Our products include Farsight, a 3D processing and mission planning tool, as well as Identifi which enables secure and rapid identity verification. Reveal is deeply committed to supporting defense, security, and safety missions. We're growing our team to meet expanding demands and opportunities.

Our team has deep experience in 3D visualization, photogrammetry, applied machine learning, computer vision, and autonomy. You will be working collaboratively with all teams in Reveal to define and execute the technical roadmap for Farsight, Identifi, and our future products.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director, Government Programs in developing and maintaining program documentation, including program plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Monitor program performance against established goals and objectives, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
  • Track project interdependencies and potential roadblocks across different project teams within the program.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between program management and teams to ensure program-wide alignment and information sharing.
  • Manage program risks and issues that could impact multiple projects, developing mitigation strategies and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Assist with program budget management, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost- saving opportunities.
  • Prepare program presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other program-related duties as assigned by the Director, Government Programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in program or project management in Defense industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or similar Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Haves
  • CAPM and/or PMP a plus.
  • Technical acumen for cutting-edge unmanned aerial system (UAS) related software and hardware technologies a plus.
Compensation
  • Base Salary (~$70,000 - $85,000) + Equity
  • Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
