Internship Overview:

The internship involves managing multiple AR/VR projects supporting DOD and defense primes, focusing on learning and applying project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand AR/VR technology components and facilitate multi-functional tasks.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Coordinate internal and external teams across engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Identify and resolve project conflicts and issues promptly.
• Promote company projects and conduct demos at DOD events.

Requirements:

• Education: BS/MS
• Experience with AR/VR for maintenance, training, or modeling/simulation.
• Certification: Agile Project Management; familiarity with JIRA, SCRUM.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience managing software projects, familiarity with software development lifecycle, and knowledge of AR/VR/MR technologies are preferred. Experience working with DoD agencies or defense contractors is a plus.
