Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to lead administration, optimization, adoption, and support of the firm’s MarTech stack. The role partners with Marketing & Communications, IT, and Business Development to ensure tools meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will manage CRM, experience management, email marketing, website analytics, and reporting, while driving continuous improvement and user enablement across attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing technology, CRM, or marketing operations.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, and website or related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the firm’s MarTech stack and related tools.
• Support CRM and experience management platforms, data quality, and user adoption.
• Oversee website CMS updates, analytics, and digital marketing tech.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support marketing and business development.
• Assist with technology implementation, training, and user adoption.
