Blackthorn turns Salesforce CRM into event planning software and embraces a remote-first culture. We seek a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize our marketing systems, sell‑side tech stack, and data flows across analytics and automation.

You will build AI-powered automations, dashboards, and lead-routing workflows, partnering with marketing, sales, and revops to improve attribution and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar technical role.
• Significant experience with MCP, AI tooling, and Github operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified and Apollo.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimize the marketing tech stack including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified and Apollo.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revops systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurturing campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and funnel metrics.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
