Blackthorn turns Salesforce CRM into event planning software through connected data. We’re a remote-first, distributed team building Salesforce-native tools to engage attendees, process payments, and measure event ROI.

You’ll own the martech stack, optimize integrations, and deliver scalable automation for a fast-growing B2B environment. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering, dashboards, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and revops.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar technical role.
• Significant experience with MCP, AI-tooling, Github operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and similar tools.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.
• Experience managing websites, landing pages, and CMS platforms.
• Ability to build dashboards and analyze marketing performance.
• Independent, proactive ownership of technical projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing technology stack and related apps.
• Maintain and optimize integrations across marketing, sales, and revops.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, forms using AI-powered tools.
• Build dashboards and reports tracking campaign performance and ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops to improve lead conversion.
