Qualifications

• 5+ years of business systems analysis experience.
• 5+ years in business architecture or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with primary focus on platform integrations, APIs and ETL technologies.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Business Systems Analysis for large-scale Marketing Integration initiatives, prioritizing technology solutions that support business, strategic, and regulatory needs.
• Define data requirements, quality standards, migration approaches, and integration strategies across marketing technology platforms to improve data reliability and accessibility.
• Partner with business, product, architecture, engineering, and analytics teams to translate objectives into epics, features, and user stories.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, roadmaps, and release objectives, ensuring alignment with program vision and delivery priorities.
• Lead cross-functional Agile delivery, promoting software development best practices and continuous improvement.
• Design and improve business processes, intake workflows, reporting, and delivery practices for standardization and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and performance reporting providing visibility into capacity and program health.
• Contribute to architectural and documentation efforts to support implementation.
• Collaborate with technical architects on integration designs and process flows.
• Support quarterly planning and prioritization across teams.
