Charles Schwab is seeking a Business Architect to translate enterprise strategy into actionable initiatives across digital, CRM, BPM, middleware, and mainframe platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of technical analysis or operations experience in asset or investment management.
• Experience as a Business Architect with large-scale software solutions.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating requirements for complex, end-to-end initiatives involving multiple enterprise technology teams.
• Translate business and functional needs into initiatives, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Create functional system interaction diagrams, user-system process flows, use cases, and other requirements artifacts.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices and collaboration with product owners, product managers, and scrum teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to drive decisions and align stakeholders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable initiatives prioritized for product and technology teams.
• Define functional requirements, acceptance criteria, diagrams, and user-system flows.
• Collaborate with program managers, product managers, process experts, BAs, and scrum teams.
• Support planning, backlog health, solution development, testing, and release preparation.
• Communicate features clearly to business and technology audiences to enable delivery.
