A leading financial advisory firm in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to act as the technical bridge between wealth management operations and technology platforms. This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce and other enterprise tools to improve workflows and automate processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in financial services, advanced Salesforce skills, and strong project management capabilities. This is a full-time position with in-person attendance required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis within financial services.
• Experience in Financial Services or RIA environments.
• Advanced experience with wealth tech portfolio management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce CRM leveraging Financial Services Cloud capabilities.
• Serve as primary technical liaison and product owner for assigned enterprise system(s).
• Lead cross-functional technology projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
