Job summary

PHOS Creative, a Florida-based agency, is seeking a Marketing Team Lead to guide 5–6 marketers across SEO, paid search, email, and social media. The role focuses on people leadership (about 60%) and hands-on marketing work (about 40%), reporting to the Director of Fulfillment.

Travel for quarterly planning and department meetings is required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital marketing, agency experience preferred, and strong analytics, KPI tracking, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting with multiple client accounts.
• Expertise in at least two core disciplines: SEO, paid search, email marketing, or social media marketing, with solid knowledge of the others.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching marketing professionals and improving their work.
• Ability to develop, evaluate, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, attribution, and KPIs, with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns or client accounts while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to explain complex marketing concepts clearly.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with marketing tech and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5–6 marketers across SEO, paid search, email, and social media.
• Guide strategy, campaigns, and client deliverables to achieve measurable results.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Creative Team Lead to align marketing strategy with client goals.
• Balance 60% people leadership with 40% direct execution on client campaigns.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
