We’re an award-winning, purpose-driven company, and we’re looking for an outstanding, full-time Lead Search Marketing Specialist to deliver excellence to our clients while mentoring team members.

Position Overview

Currently, PHOS is seeking a Lead Search Marketing Specialist who is passionate about setting the standard for search marketing excellence and leading a team of SEO and PPC experts to deliver data-driven, high-impact results.

This leadership role is focused on guiding search strategy, mentoring and developing team members, and championing innovation across SEO, PPC, and reporting to continually elevate client outcomes and internal processes.

The Lead Search Marketing Specialist works closely with the Lead Digital Campaign Specialist and Director of Marketing to improve client performance, strengthen team capability, and ensure operational and financial excellence across the marketing department.

As Lead Search Marketing Specialist, you will do the following for clients and/or PHOS:

• Lead the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for the Search Marketing Team, facilitating Level 10 Meetings and Quarterly Planning Sessions.
• Lead and manage team members on the Search Marketing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing search marketing processes and workflows, streamline communication, and implement new tools or technologies that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct high-level search research and present strategic insights to clients during kick-off and planning meetings.
• Possess a strategic mindset, able to develop comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies aligned with clients’ goals and objectives.

Remote Work

We currently operate in a hybrid work schedule, coming physically into the office two days per week and working completely remotely three days per week. We’re looking for someone in or around Gainesville, FL, who has the flexibility to come in for client meetings and team activities.
