Job summary
Kickapoo Casino is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to oversee Casino Ambassador, PBX, Shuttle Driver, Valet and Marketing Coordinator, ensuring exceptional guest service and executing tour/travel programs, promotions and events.
You will promote efficiency by staffing marketing service areas, help create procedures for Players Club programs, and manage data entry, uniforms, and communications with tour operators.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, customer service, sales or gaming.
- Strong business writing skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Effective communication, professional appearance and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Casino Ambassador, PBX, Shuttle Driver, Valet and Marketing Coordinator to ensure excellent customer service.
- Promote departmental efficiency by staffing service areas per customer volume.
- Assist in creating operational procedures for Players Club programs.
- Motivate staff to provide superior customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and coupon inventory during shifts.
- Coordinate visits with tour/travel companies and manage promotions and events.
- Support the Director of Marketing in Players Club development and tracking.
