Job summary

Bally’s Corporation seeks a Marketing Coordinator to lead planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns at Bally’s KC Casino. You will manage guest promotions, events, budgets, and internal communications to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a marketing degree, 2+ years in marketing or promotions, and availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays. Gaming industry experience is preferred, with Missouri licensing required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or promotions.
• Gaming industry experience strongly preferred.
• Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license required.
• Capable of working late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize on-site guest promotions, including giveaways and events.
• Oversee special events (tournaments, celebrations, holiday events) and coordinate with other departments to ensure staffing and guest experience.
• Provide internal communications regarding promotions and events and manage the departmental budget.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company policies; deliver reports as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities and ensure safety and security of guests and team members.
