Job summary

The Post Oak in Cripple Creek, CO is seeking a Casino Marketing Coordinator to support the Casino Host/Player Development Executive in creating memorable guest experiences. You will handle reservations across hotels, transportation, shows and amenities, and maintain VIP reports to ensure flawless guest service.

Ideal candidates possess strong customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skill.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations for hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc.
• Update and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage/Room Food Limited, & VIP reports
• Post outside show charges onto guests folios
• Assist Casino Host/Player Development Executive via email and phone with various requests for casino guests
• Interact with Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
