Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel is seeking a Player Development professional to develop and maintain guest relationships and promote loyalty programs. You will host events, coordinate guest experiences and engage guests through calls, mail and on-property activities to boost visitation and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree can substitute for work experience.
• Two (2) years in high level administrative role.
• Two (2) years of guest service required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and oral. Spanish or other language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain superior relationships with guests through professionalism and personality.
• Seeks new and targeted players to inform them of benefits of player development programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies; maintain guest confidentiality and discretion.
• Prepare, coordinate, host and administer all complimentary and guests' events.
• Actively develop guest loyalty and incremental visitation through personal contact and promotions.
• Market to active and inactive guests by phone, mail and in person to increase brand loyalty and visitation.
