Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or execution.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: apply management skills (opportunity assessment, problem solving, sizing, prioritization, hypothesis testing, execution planning).
• Cross-functional Execution: work across Home Lending Marketing and partners.
• Communication: build narratives and communicate to senior leadership.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Understand market context and identify opportunities through product mix and customer insights.
• Design and bring to market offers, campaigns, and partnerships using test-and-learn methodologies while considering financial return, constraints, and risk.
• Lead initiatives engaging target audiences across digital, branch, and advisor channels.
• Partner with Insights on customer research to support growth opportunities and manage research budget.
• Share market insights with Marketing on competitor launches, offers, campaigns, and spend.
