Job summary

Chase is seeking a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate to support the Change Management Office in driving adoption of Marketing transformation initiatives. You will execute people-centered workstreams, build deliverables, and reinforce behavior change across projects.

You will partner with senior practitioners to deliver stakeholder engagement, impact and readiness assessments, communications, training support, and reinforcement, while leveraging AI-enabled tools for efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relative experience.
• Experience supporting change management, transformation, enablement, communications, or project management in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear, well-structured materials for multiple audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to execute core change management deliverables.
• Strong organization and project coordination skills.
• Analytical comfort with surveys, adoption metrics, and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and approved AI/analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver defined change workstreams for Marketing transformation initiatives.
• Apply OCM methodology to create high-quality change deliverables.
• Partner with project managers to align change activities to plans and milestones.
• Maintain stakeholder maps, calendars, and sponsor plans; coordinate with teams.
• Draft and manage audience-specific communications and intranet content.
• Support enablement with job aids, guides, and learning resources; coordinate logistics.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments and synthesize actionable recommendations.
• Track change/adoption KPIs and adjust based on insights.
• Facilitate small-group sessions to gather input and improve adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Change Management Office.
