Quest Analytics is seeking an AI-forward Marketing Specialist – Team Lead to steer our content and editorial engine across enterprise network intelligence and provider data accuracy. Quest Analytics is a leading healthcare technology company transforming how health plans and healthcare organizations manage provider networks. Our enterprise network intelligence platform combines data, technology, and deep industry expertise to help organizations improve provider data accuracy, strengthen network performance, navigate complex regulatory requirements, and ultimately improve access to care.
As healthcare and technology continue to evolve, so does the way we tell our story. We’re building a Marketing organization that combines exceptional human creativity and expertise with AI to work smarter, move faster, and create content that makes an impact.
We’re looking for an AI-Forward Marketing Specialist – Team Lead to serve as the strategic content and editorial engine of Quest Analytics’ Marketing team.
This is more than a content creation role. You’ll own our content and editorial strategy, help establish Quest Analytics as an authoritative voice in enterprise network intelligence, and assist a team responsible for bringing our brand to life across content, social media, video, campaigns, and digital channels.
You’ll also play an important role in shaping how our Marketing team works. In partnership with the VP of Marketing, you’ll help transform our content function into an AI-forward marketing organization, moving beyond one-off AI experimentation and embedding tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging technologies into how we research, ideate, create, repurpose, target, execute, and measure our work.
We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable writing a compelling thought leadership piece, developing an editorial strategy, helping a team, managing agency partners, and experimenting with AI to find better ways to get the work done.
What You’ll Do:Lead our content and thought leadership strategy across enterprise network intelligence, provider data accuracy, compliance analytics, network management, and the evolving healthcare landscape.
You’ll translate complex topics and internal expertise into compelling stories that resonate with healthcare executives and decision-makers across articles, white papers, case studies, webinars, email campaigns, digital experiences, and social content.
You’ll also help establish and protect a consistent, differentiated Quest Analytics brand voice across channels.
Build and manage an integrated content and editorial calendar that connects business priorities, campaigns, thought leadership, events, social media, and demand generation.
You’ll identify opportunities to create meaningful new content while finding smarter ways to extend high-performing content across channels, audiences, and formats.
In partnership with Marketing and teams across the organization, you’ll:
Provide day-to-day team leadership across a content team spanning social media, video production, and marketing project management.
You’ll create clarity around priorities, help the team balance competing demands, remove roadblocks, and ensure work meets a high creative and editorial standard.
You’ll:
AI isn’t an add-on to this role, it’s part of the job.
You’ll partner with the VP of Marketing to move the team from individual AI experimentation to a scalable operating model where AI is thoughtfully embedded throughout the marketing workflow.
The goal isn’t simply to use AI to work faster. It’s to identify where AI can help us think differently, improve quality, increase capacity, and create better marketing.
You’ll explore how Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging AI technologies can enhance:
You’ll continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities, test new approaches, and turn successful experiments into documented workflows, standards, and repeatable practices the broader team can adopt.
What You’ll Need:You may be a great fit if you’re someone who sees a blank page and wants to write, sees an inefficient process and wants to redesign it, and sees a new AI capability and immediately starts thinking about how it could improve the way your team works.
You’re a strong writer, but you’re also a strategist. You can set the direction while still being willing to roll up your sleeves and get into the work. You know how to lead people and partners without losing sight of deadlines, quality, and business outcomes.
Most importantly, you’re excited about helping build what an AI-forward B2B Marketing organization can look like, not five years from now, but today.
