McKinstry is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Enterprise Sales & Marketing team in Seattle. You will help shape how we win work, tell our story, and present McKinstry’s offerings to clients.

The role requires strong writing, coordination, and collaboration with engineering, energy, and sales teams to deliver compelling proposals. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marketing within the AEC industry, proficiency in InDesign and Acrobat, and experience with Cosential/Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in engineering & design or construction (AEC) preferred.
• Proven ability to translate technical offerings into client-ready content.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop client-focused proposals and coordinate pursuit efforts to win new business.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to translate complex offerings into clear value propositions.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes, deadlines, and content quality across proposals.
• Develop and update marketing collateral, resumes, and qualification packages.
