McKinstry is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Enterprise Sales & Marketing team in Seattle. You will partner with Energy & Technical Services to develop client-focused proposals, translate technical offerings into clear client value, and manage pursuit efforts to win new business.

You will balance priorities in a fast-paced environment, work with technical and sales teams, and contribute to branding and content that communicates McKinstry's services and solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years' marketing experience in the AEC/engineering & design industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Cosential and/or Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong client management abilities and deadline-driven.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude) is a plus.

• Develop client-focused proposals and coordinate pursuit efforts to win new business.
• Translate complex technical offerings into clear, compelling client value.
• Lead RFQ/RFP proposal processes, prioritizing and coordinating assignments.
• Create and update sales collateral, presentations, and qualification packages.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to craft differentiators and messaging.
