NBBJ Seattle is seeking a Marketing Specialist to create compelling qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations, support lead generation and client development, and maintain accurate marketing content and data.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience, strong writing and layout skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and content databases. This role emphasizes collaboration, deadlines, and strategic thinking in a professional services setting.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including proposal development for a professional services firm; work samples or a portfolio may be requested.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma experience is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of layout and graphic design principles, with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Exceptional project, time and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, Dynamics 365 or similar databases is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect Management: Produce compelling qualifications, proposals and interview materials in InDesign, coordinating strategy, schedules, narratives, images, layouts and subconsultant content.
• Lead Generation & Client Development: Develop and produce custom brochures, lead generation materials and client-facing collateral.
• Data Management and Content Organization: Collect, enter and maintain accurate prospect, project and content data in CRM and content databases.
