Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a marketing professional to plan, coordinate and organize activities across pursuit, communications, business development, and marketing objectives of the business unit. You will lead campaigns, content creation, analytics, and stakeholder coordination, with travel as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, is required. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or business with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits and proposals from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives.
• Design and edit marketing and pursuit documents and strategies.
• Prepare analytics, reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate marketing communications, events, and other market-facing activities, with some travel.
• Maintain CRM with project descriptions, resumes, clients, and contacts.
• Create website and digital content to support business development.
