How You Make an Impact

As a Marketing Specialist within the Provider Education and Engagement (PE&E) group, you will influence and grow our presence in the oncology provider market through brand development, content creation, sales enablement, and digital marketing initiatives.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Brand Development

  • Support development of value propositions, messaging, and brand standards for Ontada Learn
  • Create marketing and sales assets to educate prospects and customers
  • Implement brand launch plans for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on brand health metrics

Customer Engagement & Insights

  • Develop engagement plans to increase program attendance and portfolio penetration
  • Plan and execute provider-focused marketing campaigns and events
  • Prepare creative briefs and collaborate on marketing assets
  • Analyze customer data to uncover insights and recommend actions
  • Identify customer segments based on defined attributes
  • Seek continuous growth opportunities

Go-to-Market

  • Develop launch workstreams, messaging, materials, sales training, and KPIs
  • Monitor key metrics with franchise colleagues and analysts
  • Coordinate with regulatory and legal teams for compliant and timely campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance marketing efforts

Sales Enablement

  • Partner with sales on priorities and messaging
  • Ensure sales team has current marketing materials
  • Develop sales aids as needed

Experience Needed
  • 4+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, communications, or product marketing
  • 1+ years in digital marketing
  • Basic understanding of pharma regulatory requirements
  • Experience in oncology preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, life sciences, business, or related field
  • MBA in marketing or related field is a plus

Pay Range
$88,400 - $147,300
