iSourceOut helps real estate companies scale without the complexity of building and managing in-house teams. We provide high-quality marketing, underwriting, and analytical support to acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and investment sales brokerage teams.

Our platform is built on a foundation of skilled offshore talent, proprietary systems, and rigorous quality control. We are a remote-first, process-driven team committed to efficiency, reliability, and best-in-class execution.

A major part of what we deliver includes marketing materials such as OMs, BOVs, pitch decks, and custom collateral. These deliverables combine financial analysis, messaging, and design, and reflect both our clients’ brands and our own high standards. Getting them right matters.

Role Overview

iSourceOut is seeking a Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience with a high-volume, high-performing commercial real estate team to oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials for our clients. You will work with a team of underwriting, content, and design professionals to produce high-quality, client-facing deliverables such as OMs, BOVs, pitch decks, and other sales collateral for top-tier real estate professionals.

You will work closely with our CEO, internal project leads, and external clients to ensure that materials are accurate, polished, visually sharp, and aligned with client goals. You will also be expected to help improve internal systems and templates, contribute to client strategy when needed, and grow into a leadership role over an expanding marketing team. In addition, you will support business development by joining introductory calls, helping to communicate our capabilities to potential clients, and assisting with onboarding and follow-up to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing work.

You must thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and take full ownership of your work. We do not micromanage; you are expected to figure things out, get things done, and take responsibility. You should be excited about building systems, leading a team, and growing your earning potential as the company scales. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing Execution: Oversee the production and delivery of marketing materials, including OMs, BOVs, pitch decks, brochures, and custom-branded collateral.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve deliverables to ensure they are visually sharp, structurally sound, accurate, compelling, and aligned with client expectations and brand standards.
  • Process Development: Build and refine marketing workflows, templates, and systems to support scalability, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients and internal leads to understand project goals, gather inputs, and ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with underwriting, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality materials. Provide clear direction, mentor team members, and help grow and manage the marketing team.
  • Reliability and Follow-Through: Consistently meet deadlines, deliver high-quality work without supervision, and maintain accountability across multiple projects and priorities. Be someone the team and clients can always count on.
  • Business Development Support: Contribute to sales and client growth efforts through outreach campaigns, introductory calls, and marketing support for prospect engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 3 years working with a high-volume, high-performing commercial real estate team, with direct responsibility for producing or managing marketing deliverables such as OMs, BOVs, and pitch materials.
  • Creative Judgment: Strong instincts in both writing and design. You don’t need to do all the execution, but you know when something’s off and how to improve it.
  • Technical Comfort: Confident working with financial data and collaborating with underwriting and analyst teams.
  • Ownership & Organization: Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive. You take full ownership of your work, follow through, and raise issues early.
  • Attention to Detail: Quick to catch typos, inconsistent formatting, unclear visuals, or off-brand messaging.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and professional in both written and verbal communication.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and open to change. You’re confident but not rigid, and eager to grow with the company.
  • Reliability: Consistently delivers on deadlines and remains dependable across multiple priorities.
  • Efficiency: Thrives in a lean, fast-moving team where precision, output, and accountability matter.
