A leading company in real estate is seeking a Marketing Specialist focused on producing high-quality marketing materials. A major part of what we deliver includes marketing materials such as OMs, BOVs, pitch decks, and custom collateral. These deliverables combine financial analysis, messaging, and design, and reflect both our clients’ brands and our own high standards. Getting them right matters.
Role Overview
iSourceOut is seeking a Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience with a high-volume, high-performing commercial real estate team to oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials for our clients. You will work with a team of underwriting, content, and design professionals to produce high-quality, client-facing deliverables such as OMs, BOVs, pitch decks, and other sales collateral for top-tier real estate professionals.

You will work closely with our CEO, internal project leads, and external clients to ensure that materials are accurate, polished, visually sharp, and aligned with client goals. You will also be expected to help improve internal systems and templates, contribute to client strategy when needed, and grow into a leadership role over an expanding marketing team. In addition, you will support business development by joining introductory calls, helping to communicate our capabilities to potential clients, and assisting with onboarding and follow-up to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing work.
You must thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and take full ownership of your work. We do not micromanage; you are expected to figure things out, get things done, and take responsibility. You should be excited about building systems, leading a team, and growing your earning potential as the company scales.
