Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute compelling social media strategies for our diverse client portfolio. This role requires expertise in creating high-impact brand visuals, exceptional time management, and strong account management skills to deliver results across multiple projects and industries. Initially offered on a contract basis, this position has the potential to transition to a full-time role within 3-6 months as our agency continues its rapid growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is passionate about driving client success through innovative social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored social media strategies aligned with client goals, leveraging platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Brand Visual Creation: Produce high-quality, on-brand visuals (e.g., graphics, videos, infographics) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI-driven platforms (e.g., Blaze.ai) to captivate audiences and reinforce client identities across industries such as SaaS, healthcare, retail, and finance.
  • Content Management: Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistency and timeliness using tools like SocialPilot, Hootsuite, or Blaze.ai.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, conducting regular check-ins, presenting campaign performance reports, and fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Multi-Project Management: Juggle multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively to deliver high-quality results across diverse industries.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) using analytics tools (e.g., Funnel.io, Google Analytics) to optimize campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Cross-Industry Adaptability: Tailor strategies and content to meet the unique needs of clients in various sectors, adapting tone, style, and tactics to resonate with different target audiences.
  • AI Tool Utilization: Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., Blaze.ai, Jasper) to streamline content creation, automate workflows, and enhance campaign efficiency, aligning with our tech-forward approach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., strategy, operations, creative) to align social media efforts with broader business and marketing goals, ensuring cohesive client deliverables.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep client campaigns innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand visuals and campaign results.
  • Visual Design Skills: Proficiency in creating compelling brand visuals using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar. Experience with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Blaze.ai, Lexica Art) is a plus.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Account Management: Experience managing client relationships, including conducting check-ins, presenting reports, and driving client satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Go High Level) is preferred.
  • Industry Versatility: Ability to adapt strategies and content for clients across diverse industries (e.g., technology, healthcare, retail, finance), with a track record of success in multi-industry environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., SocialPilot, Hootsuite), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Funnel.io), and AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., Blaze.ai, Jasper). Knowledge of Zapier for workflow automation is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, with a proactive mindset and willingness to embrace new tools and technologies.
  • Availability: Able to commit to a full-time contract schedule (40 hours/week), with flexibility to transition to a permanent full-time role within 3-6 months.
