About the Role:

We seek a creative and skilled email marketer to join our marketing team at Outreach.

As an email marketer, you will develop, implement, and optimize email marketing strategies for our company to help reach and connect with our target audience. This will include email content creation, scheduling, list segmentation, delivery, and performance analysis to drive conversions and foster strong relationships with our customers, prospects, and partners. You will also analyze data insights to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for email marketing and a keen eye for detail.

Location:

Open to remote within the US.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

1. Working with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic email marketing plans and strategies.
2. Identifying target segments, defining campaign goals, and determining optimal frequency and timing of emails.
3. Ensuring the accuracy and hygiene of the email database, maintaining opt-in practices, and complying with data protection regulations.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and marketing operations, to align efforts.
5. Developing and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis.
6. Creating engaging email content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice, including copy, visuals, and calls to action.
7. Segmenting and managing email lists for targeted and personalized communication.

1. Designing visually appealing, responsive email templates.
2. Identifying opportunities for email optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis.
3. Monitoring KPIs such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
4. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Our Vision of You:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Proficiency in Marketo.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset.
• Creative thinking and engaging content development skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Preferred skills include outstanding copywriting, familiarity with CRM systems, email personalization, and relevant certifications.

The annual base salary range for this role is $54,000-$90,000 USD. Additional incentives such as bonuses, stock units, and benefits may be offered based on skills and experience. Compensation may vary by location.
