GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HTML Email Specialist.

The role involves building and optimizing email drip campaigns and workflows, including updating creatives and copy for A/B testing. It also requires thorough QA of technical setups to ensure proper execution, deliverability, and alignment with targeting strategies. Additionally, the role supports campaign performance reporting and coordinates closely with cross-functional teams to manage project updates and communications via tools like Figma and Slack.

The Role

1. Build email drip campaigns and workflows
2. Update creative and copy within existing automations to facilitate A/B tests
3. Perform QA by checking all technical setups of campaigns and flows before launch to ensure strategy adherence, deliverability, and targeted audience
4. Assist with weekly campaign reporting using provided dashboards
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Operations, Brand, Creative) on project management, documenting changes in Figma, and communicating via Slack

The Requirements

• 3+ years of advanced experience with CRM/email marketing platforms (ESP) is essential
• Experience with end-to-end email marketing is essential
• 1+ years of proven experience in project management within marketing
• Intermediate skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Experience using Slack for internal communication

Nice to Have

• Experience with Iterable (a significant plus)
• Experience with Tableau
• Knowledge of HTML and API integrations
• 1+ years of experience with Figma for project management (training available if needed)

Compensation Range

₱65,000 to ₱75,000/month
