Job summary

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC is seeking a Marketing Services Specialist to support the Private Client Group (PCG) Marketing team. You will act as the first contact for inbound requests, coordinate intake, assignment, and scheduling of marketing projects, and collaborate across advisor marketing, creative, digital, and communications.

The role emphasizes service, relationship-building with advisors, and proactive workflow management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, financial services, or related field.
• Client-service oriented with a positive, professional demeanor and ability to manage high volumes of requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for marketing requests via phone/email.
• Coordinate intake, assignment, scheduling, and tracking of marketing projects.
• Route projects to appropriate departments using project management/workflow software.
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative, digital, and communications requests.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding items with the team.
• Ensure marketing requests move efficiently through workflows and meet deadlines.
• Support additional Marketing & Corporate Communications initiatives.
