Job summary

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC is seeking a Registered Private Client Associate in Westminster, MD to administer and grow client relationships alongside Janney Financial Advisors. You will help organize productivity-based campaigns, perform operational duties, and support FA teams with client communications.

You may grow into an administrative leadership role as you contribute to client service, campaign development, and efficient office operations within a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior office experience required
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce
• Trading system experience preferred
• Leadership qualities and experience preferred
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• High ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships.
• Work closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance and grow their business.
• Help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing productivity-based campaigns.
