Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with high volume and accuracy.
• Strong written communication and policy-based responses.
• Comfort with defined processes and systems; limited creative latitude.
• Sound judgement applying scope and compliance policies accurately.
• Detail-oriented and organized; experience with task platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound marketing request intake and triage.
• Review, categorize, and set expectations for requests.
• Assess submissions against scope, SLA, and policy.
• Coordinate with design, digital, content, and compliance teams to fulfill requests.
• Maintain status in Asana and build intake dashboards.
• Communicate updates and manage stakeholder expectations throughout.
