The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and brokers, building strong relationships while supporting account retention, service delivery, renewals, and overall customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with clients, brokers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to address customer needs, resolve issues, coordinate benefit‑related activities, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing account management. The Account Manager provides consultative support, facilitates enrollments and renewals, analyzes account data, and proactively identifies opportunities to enhance customer experience and strengthen long‑term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted partner and primary contact for assigned customers and broker relationships. Manage day‑to‑day account servicing activities, ensuring timely resolution of customers and broker inquiries. Support account retention and renewal strategies through proactive client engagement and relationship management. Coordinate new account implementations, renewals, and enrollment activities. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex service issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare, account reports, contractual documentation, and customer communications. Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and account data. Facilitate customer meetings, enrollment sessions, and benefit education opportunities. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with business objectives and benefit strategies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Support special projects and initiatives that contribute to customer retention, operational excellence, and business growth.
