Job summary

Trinchero Family Estates is seeking a Samples Shipping Coordinator to manage Marketing Sample orders and Export Order Processing in Napa, CA. The role emphasizes strong communication with internal customers and external vendors, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to shipping compliance to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

The position requires 2+ years in shipping/warehouse, a high school diploma, and a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience with shipping/warehouse.
Excellent communication with customers, and internal partners.
Ability to follow processes, multitask, and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

Process outbound Marketing Sample orders from various sources via SAP and ShipCompliant.
Support Export Order Processing tasks as needed.
Maintain communication with customers and provide visibility into inventory and delivery expectations.
Prepare documents such as packing lists and invoices for domestic and international shipments.
Determine best shipping method based on procedures, compliance, routes and rates.
Track and troubleshoot shipments to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor compliance with shipping laws and requirements for order fulfillment.
Document issues and actions, and maintain shipment metrics for reporting.
