Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Guest Services Representative in Colorado to be the first point of contact for players and guests, delivering Bally's Standard Service and promoting Bally's Rewards.

The role requires knowledge of promotions, enrollment in Bally's Rewards, and strong customer-service skills. Candidates should meet licensing requirements and be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Colorado Division of Gaming.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of six months of related experience and training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience.
• Assists guests, players, and Slot Hosts with all requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Explains the Bally's Rewards program in detail.
• Effectively markets the Bally's Rewards program to all new casino guests and actively enrolls new members.
• Evaluates play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines.
• Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System.
• Stays informed about all Slot and Table Games activities and events.
• Maintains general knowledge of the properties.
• Inputs all player information into the database system and issues player cards.
• Complies with all company's policies and procedures, as well as Colorado Gaming rules and regulations.
• Performs other job related duties as requested.

The Role

The Guest Services Representative is the first point of contact to players and guests and expect to provide Bally's Standard Service. Have knowledge to all Marketing monthly promotions and encourages guests to enroll to Bally's Rewards Program/Players card.
