Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and digital content. The role includes social media management, website updates, and marketing materials, with reporting to the Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing or communications background, strong writing/editing skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure branding consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with social media platforms for content creation and management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Creative mindset with eye for design and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, write, edit, and proofread proposals, RFPs, qualification packages, and presentations to support business development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, photography, and project details for marketing materials.
• Assist in design, production, printing, and distribution of proposals and collateral.
• Organize and maintain proposal files, marketing materials, and resumes/qualifications.
• Develop, coordinate, and publish engaging social media content across platforms.
• Gather creative content through site visits, events, interviews, photography, and video.
• Assist with updating the company's website with project information and blog content.
• Coordinate and manage professional project photography scheduling and assets.
• Create internal marketing materials, event graphics, and employee communications.
• Support marketing campaigns and identify potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure branding accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and printed materials.
• Perform other duties to support department goals.
