Qualifications

• 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assists in proposal development and content creation.
• Maintain proposal documentation, file structures, and close-out records.
• Update marketing materials, resumes, project sheets, brochures, and firm profiles.
• Support newsletter and social media content creation.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and SWOT assessments.
• Track proposal outcomes and business opportunities.
• Maintain lead and project information within internal databases and CRM systems.
• Prepare prequalification packages and SF 330 submissions.
