Job summary

Modjeski and Masters seeks a Marketing Coordinator to lead proposal development, responses to RFPs, and marketing collateral in the A/E sector. You will collaborate with Client Managers and technical teams to craft compelling content that aligns with client needs and brand guidelines.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with graphics, and support business development activities, including capture planning and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal coordination or marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Business.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral in response to RFPs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Client Managers to prepare prequalification applications and maintain firm registrations.
• Gather, structure, and refine content with SMEs to support a winning proposal theme.
• Plan and manage proposal schedules, assign tasks, and track progress with version control.
• Develop and refine executive summaries, technical approaches, staffing plans, and past-performance narratives.
