Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $48.00/hr

**100% Remote- EST**

Project Manager

Our industry-leading client is looking for a Project/Program Manager to be the point of contact for multiple highly complex projects. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules and managing allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved hours and scope. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, self-starter and has the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $40-$48 hourly W2

Duration: 12+ month Contract, with possible extensions or full-time conversion

Responsibilities:

• Experience assessing needs and managing allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved hours and scope
• Ensuring that deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules
• Experience monitoring the progress of program components to ensure the overall goals, schedules, and benefits of the program will be met
• Strong ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and generate solutions
• Experience working with Workday, SharePoint and MS Project

Requirements:

• Self-starter with excellent communication and multitasking skills, strong ability to lead meetings and coordinate work across multiple functions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple stakeholders at once
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
• Prior Medicare/Medicaid, CMS, or D-SNP experience
• Experience with Vendor Management

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
