Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

Location: Remote (Westminster, CO preferred)

Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available)

About the Role:

Talent Groups is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across Corporate Marketing teams. In this role, you'll own the full project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery while driving alignment across stakeholders. You ll work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Finance, Revenue Marketing, and Digital Experience to bring impactful campaigns and programs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional marketing projects from kickoff through completion
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to define scope and deliverables
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep initiatives on track
• Drive continuous improvement in project management workflows and tools
• Support PMO efforts to enhance governance, processes, and standards
• Produce clear status reports and ensure transparency at every project phase
• Understand core marketing functions such as GTM strategies and campaign execution
  
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor s degree or 7+ years of program/project management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools like Wrike, Asana, or Smartsheet
• Experience working with marketing, product, and finance stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable leading without authority and influencing across teams
