Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Project Manager to drive the success of marketing initiatives, programs, and campaigns within AEC and Corporate Marketing. This role will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring collaboration, transparency, and efficiency across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proactive mindset to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams across departments such as Product Management, Platform, Finance, Digital Experience, and Revenue Marketing.
Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, work plans, and budgets.
Build and execute strategic project plans, while continuously improving project management processes and operations.
Manage multiple marketing projects from concept through execution and delivery.
Identify and coordinate key requirements across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Identify risks, opportunities, and dependencies across various workstreams.
Improve team workflows by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements.
Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including progress reports.
Simulate business process improvements and conduct scenario planning to resolve gaps before implementation.
Ensure timely communication and alignment with stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
Balance multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Marketing PMO's governance, standards, and operating principles.
Understand and apply core marketing principles such as go-to-market strategy and campaign activation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with marketing processes including GTM strategies and campaign execution.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
