Creative, Digital & Marketing Recruiter (freelance & direct-hire)

Our higher education client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to help their team for a parental leave coverage, beginning the end of July through the beginning of October. This is 40 hours/week, fully remote, but must be able to work business hours during PST or MST time zones.

What you will be doing as a Marketing Project Manager:

• Manage marketing campaigns from formulation to execution for assigned clients
• Assist as a member of the internal marketing and creative team to assess and recommend communications opportunities, methods and channels, promotional mix and methods
• Participate in campaign strategy sessions alongside marketing management
• Applies knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to assist in managing marketing campaign plans by using digital and traditional marketing methods (i.e. brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, direct mail, billboards, apparel emails, landing pages, micro sites, social media, radio, etc.)
• Managing a high volume of projects each week, must be able to prioritize
• Keep marketing management informed of progress and potential issues, provides recommendations to ensure plans are well coordinated
• Safeguard company branding strategy in the development of material and media
  
  

What you need to know as a Marketing Project Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations or communications preferred
• 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an in-house creative department or agency
• Experience in executing marketing campaigns (traditional and digital) for a variety of audiences
• An ability to translate client needs into effective marketing campaigns
• Workamajig (or similar project management platform), Teams, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and familiarity with using SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and networking skills
