Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Leader

The Technical/Marketing Project Manager role is 100% REMOTE (working Eastern or Central time zone) and is a 12 month contract role.

This position will coordinate/execute marketing campaigns for the team, reporting from Redfast (platform messaging tool), collates competitor insights, shares insights with all levels of organization, communicate clearly with different levels of leadership. Project management of analytics workstream.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our A/B testing strategy & roadmap for retention efforts, in collaboration with the outbound marketing and platform engagement teams
  • Partner with operations teams to deliver all necessary campaign details in a timely manner, as well as QA-ing campaigns to ensure seamless deployment
  • Produce, share, and use critical metric reporting on a regular and consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement in process and results, including identifying performance drivers and insights
  • Work with the Creative team to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our customers and optimize content/messaging accordingly
  • Partner with the Research team to understand and track churn triggers by market across all segments
  • Responsible for partnering with the billing & subscription operations team to decrease involuntary churn rates through optimizations to billing and communication strategies
  • Compile best practices and competitive intelligence within retention marketing to share with regional teams

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience with completed BA/BS
  • Project/process management experience
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms
  • Reporting performance for campaign performance
  • Familiarity with tableau as this is one of our dashboarding tools
  • Experience with a marketing automation tool is required as this will provide them the experience needed for learning Redfast

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a digital streaming domain
  • Experience working on in-app/on-platform marketing channel
  • Ability to generate reporting and insights, preferably using Tableau
  • Adept at using Microsoft Excel to run reporting and generate actionable insights
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics

Nice to Have

  • Experience with adobe analytics
  • Familiarity with customer/content dynamics of a streaming organization
  • Experience working in a digital streaming domain
  • Experience working on in-app/on-platform marketing channel
